With a 67-layer blade made of Damascus steel with a core layer of VG10 steel, the Chef chef's knife is a real eye-catcher, and not just in terms of looks. A Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC guarantees a long edge retention. The blade shape, which is also ideal for carving poultry, is accompanied by an attractive walnut handle in the typical Japanese Hokkaku shape. These first-class chef's knives are supplied in elegant black gift packaging.
