Suitable for cutting large quantities of vegetables. The large feed hopper allows for adding whole cabbage heads up to 165 mm in diameter. There is also a small hopper for adding long vegetables, such as carrots and cucumbers, up to 55 mm in diameter. The housing of the cutting chamber is made of cast aluminum, while the lower part of the housing is made of stainless steel. It features a user-friendly push lever and an air-cooled, powerful motor (750 W = 1 HP). The low voltage control buttons include STOP and START (24 V). There are two fuses: automatic shutdown occurs when the pressure lever is raised and when the upper cover of the cutting chamber is lifted. The machine automatically switches on when the pressure lever is lowered. Cutting discs can be easily and quickly replaced, with five discs included in the standard equipment: a vegetable disc with 2 mm (3 knives), a vegetable disc with 4 mm (3 knives), a vegetable rasp with 3 mm, a vegetable rasp with 5 mm, and a vegetable rasp with 7 mm. It also has a non-slip rubber feet and operates at a speed of 300 rpm. The weight of the machine is 25 kg.
