Sealing machine with manual operation from the Hendi brand, suitable for all common types of trays in the gastro market. Universally applicable for various tray and cup sizes. Easy exchange of the die allows adaptation to the most common container sizes. The sealing process takes only 1-3 seconds and is particularly easy to use. Designed for all types of gastronomy businesses, it seals the most common tray types on the market with optional dies.

The machine features a robust and resistant stainless steel construction, with a lid that has a spring mechanism for easy and safe opening. The sealing process is almost effortless, with minimal resistance due to the use of bearings and special lubricants. The pressure absorber ensures a reliable seal and prevents packages from crumpling. The insulated handle is made of durable plastic.

An automatic guillotine with a safety knife is enclosed in a specially designed casing, allowing cutting to occur directly behind the sealed container using Air-Cut technology. The practical film feed with a tensioning device prevents curling of the film. The sealing surface has a titanium coating that prevents the film from sticking and enables fast sealing in about 1-3 seconds, depending on film thickness.

Powerful heating elements reduce the heating time to approximately 8-10 minutes after start-up until full operational readiness. A rotary knob allows precise adjustment of the sealing temperature from 50-210°C. Coloured LEDs monitor the operation of the appliance, which is equipped with an overheating lock, overheating protection, and an illuminated safety switch. Non-slip feet stabilize the appliance during operation and protect the worktop from scratches.

The machine seals trays up to a size of 235x190x(H)155 mm and cups up to (H)170 mm. The maximum film roll size is 187 mm in width and 170 mm in diameter, with foil sold separately. It comes equipped with an aluminium alloy die for 227x178 mm containers.
