Product details

High-quality professional appliance for processing all types of boneless meat. It features a stainless steel insert and a filling spout made of a special aluminium alloy. The knife and auger are made of stainless steel, while the funnel is made of cast iron. The appliance includes a filling tube and two discs with diameters of 82 mm, with hole sizes of 6 mm and 8 mm. It allows for easy disassembly for cleaning. The motor has overheating protection and the appliance is equipped with anti-slip feet. The processing capacity is 200-220 kg/h, but it is not suitable for continuous operation.
