Product details

Robust construction made of stainless steel, ABS and polypropylene. The surface has a PTFE non-stick coating for easy cutting. Very sharp main blades, easy to switch between smooth and wavy blade. Cutting thickness adjustable between 1 and 9 mm. With integrated blades for 3 mm julienne strips and 13 mm thick French fries. Julienne blade can be removed to clean the mandolin, unlocking position printed on the button. With retractable stand and bowl hook - can be used free-standing, on a bowl or even in the hand. Bowl hook and retractable feet are encased in non-slip TPR (thermoplastic rubber) for improved stability during use. Included is a finger guard and blade guard for safe storage.
