Product details

Electric döner knife or kebab knife, wired for cutting döner meat under professional conditions. Suitable for slicing döner meat and gyros. Includes 2 blades with a diameter of 100 mm, one smooth blade and one serrated blade. The blades rotate at 2600 RPM and are capable of processing up to 60 kg/h. Easily adjustable cutting thickness from 0 to 8 mm. Stainless steel blade cover for safe operation. Handle and motor housing made from particularly grippy material. Integrated on/off switch in the housing. Equipped with overload protection and reset button. Sharpening stone for honing the blades. Weight: 1 kg.
