Product details

For professional use in ice cream parlors, restaurants, and hotel kitchens, ideal for preparing ice cream mixtures, vegetable soups, sauces, fillings, mayonnaise, tomato puree, and more. Includes a speed-controlled drive module, a mixing arm, a whisk, and a convenient wall mount. The housing is made of durable, matte black polyamide. The 250 mm long mixing arm features two stainless steel whisks. The 400 mm long mixing arm is equipped with stainless steel blades. Suitable for mixing containers with a capacity of up to 60 liters and stirring containers with a capacity of up to 50 liters. Mixing speed: 4,000-16,000 RPM. Weight of the drive module: 2.35 kg.
