Product details

The set includes: - 6 cutting boards made of LDPE (low density polyethylene), - 1 rack made of PP (polypropylene). Both sides of each board are smooth and suitable for use. Colour-coded boards that comply with HACCP standards: - blue cutting board recommended for raw fish, - white cutting board for dairy products, - brown cutting board for cooked meat, - red cutting board for raw meat, - yellow cutting board for poultry, - green cutting board for vegetables and fruit. The rack can also be purchased separately (code: 825693).
