Product details

Professional frying pans made of hard aluminum casting, suitable for all types of stoves except induction and for use in ovens. Aluminum casting is characterized by quick heat absorption, allowing the pans to be ready for use in no time. The 18/10 stainless steel handle does not absorb heat. The Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is heat resistant up to 250ºC. A layer of titanium is integrated between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process increases durability and provides additional protection against scratches. Easy to clean.
