This collection seemed obvious to us.
The rare and elegant alpine flower Edelweiss grows between
1300 and 3000 meters above sea level. It symbolizes both beauty
and resistance to extreme conditions. It has been on our logo
since its creation.
This flower is part of our national heritage: it is even found on
our 5 franc coins.
The Edelweiss collection aims to be beautiful, practical and
durable. Beautiful: it discreetly integrates an Edelweiss on the
bolster of the knives. Practical: offering the right knife for the
right cheese was our motivation, this information is clearly
indicated on the back of each package. Durable: the extremely
resistant materials used allow intensive use, including by pro-
fessionals. Complete: meat and cured meats lovers are not
forgotten with a steak/charcuterie knife with an efficient
sharpness and a pleasant grip.
