Self-pickled red cabbage or sauerkraut form the basis for the most wonderful winter dishes at the end of the year, making the gray season more flavorful.
To make slicing the cabbage a breeze, we recommend our professional wooden cabbage slicer. With the help of the three sharp stainless steel blades, white or red cabbage can be cleanly sliced with minimal effort, achieving the ideal thickness. The three high-quality blades arranged on top of each other not only ensure a perfect cut but are also easy to clean.
The cabbage cutter, complete with a matching slide/drawer, is handcrafted from local wood in traditional family businesses and has not been treated with chemicals or oils.
Whether for hobby or professional use, our high-quality cabbage slicer is a true asset for anyone who enjoys making their own sauerkraut!
