Guldimann Marco - Carving knife walnut light brown

The carving knife is handcrafted in Switzerland at the Guldimann knife forge. It is particularly well-suited for larger cuts of meat and features a three-layer blade made from the monosteel ApexUltra. The blade has a high hardness and has been forged through well-placed strikes from a hand hammer and spindle press. The handle is made from Swiss walnut wood, providing pleasant ergonomics and control. The carving knife should not be used for bones or frozen foods and must be cleaned and dried immediately after use. The blade may discolor, but these stains can be removed with ceramic stove cleaner and a cloth. The sharpness of the blade can be restored using fine water stones (1000-12000 grit).
