Güde Solingen Bread knife brown

Hand-forged bread knife from the renowned German manufacturer GüDE, developed according to the ideas of Swiss top chef Andreas Caminada. The blade is made from corrosion-resistant X50CrMoV15 knife steel and features a decorative handle with Caminada's signature. The blade is handcrafted from a single piece, and the ice hardening refines the structure, while the Solingen-style manual sharpening makes each knife a unique piece. Its hardness is around 56 Hrc. The symmetrical shape of the handle ensures optimal grip and excellent cutting results with easy handling and pleasant balance. The seamless transition between the blade and the handle, along with Caminada's signature on the underside of the tang, perfects the design.
