The carving set 2-X765/21 from the Güde Alpha series "Olive" consists of the Güde ham knife X765/21 and the Güde meat fork X096/18 cm - together they form an unbeatable team for carving. The hand-forged prongs of the fork and the blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel are crafted from a single piece, rust-free, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. The optimally balanced, finely polished handle scales of this Güde set are made from aged, selected olive wood. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be placed in the dishwasher.
