Güde Boning knife

The Güde boning knife E703/13 from the Alpha barrel oak series has a narrow, flexible blade and is ideal for removing bones and skinning meat or poultry. Tendons and fat can also be removed effortlessly. Thanks to the flexibility of the blade, the meat can be cut precisely and accurately, even in hard-to-reach areas. The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made from a single piece, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The unusual handle scales of this Güde boning knife from the Alpha barrel oak series are made of oak wood from wine barrels that are over 80 years old, which has become almost indestructible due to the long ageing process. The rivets are made of stainless steel, the palm rivet in the middle is made of non-stainless aluminium. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be put in the dishwasher or left in water for long periods. Oil the handle with a wood care oil from time to time.
