Greenpan Frying pan CAMBRIDGE 24 cm

This frying pan features a non-Teflon design with diamonds. The Cambridge pan is equipped with the latest version of the Thermolon Infinity coating, which contains diamonds in its composition. It offers a non-stick surface, excellent heat distribution and retention, is easy to clean, and is highly durable. Thanks to this coating, the pan is designed for use at low to medium heat. The industrial-grade diamonds used in the coating enhance its strength and thermal conductivity, with diamond having four times the thermal conductivity of copper. It is a non-reactive material with natural non-stick properties and is the hardest known material.

The pan features an ergonomic, comfortable, non-conductive handle made of Bakelite. The Magneto technology used means the bottom of the pan is made of aluminum saturated with ferromagnetic particles, allowing for induction heating, even without steel. Additionally, the base is refined with interspersed copper particles, ensuring even heat distribution and reducing the likelihood of deformation.

The rim is designed for easy pouring without dripping. This pan is compatible with all hobs, including induction, and can be used in the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. It is made without PFOA and contains no lead or cadmium. The pan is also dishwasher safe.
