Graef Master M90 universal slicer

Even demanding hobby chefs can benefit from the Master M 90, which makes food preparation easier: meat or vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, or mushrooms can be sliced to any thickness in no time and used for further processing. Paper-thin slices, for example, for perfect carpaccio, cucumber salad, or potato gratin.

Thanks to the 30° tilting function of the slicer, the cut food can be perfectly caught with the included stainless steel tray.

The unique combination of a whisper-quiet 170 W condenser motor and the smooth full steel blade (Ø 17 cm) allows you to effortlessly slice paper-thin ham, cheese, cold cuts, as well as vegetables or bread down to the last slice.

The carriage with stainless steel surface enables comfortable and safe operation of the machine through the carriage control with momentary and continuous function.
