Graef Knife sharpener CC 105

The CC105 knife sharpener from Graef is suitable for all smooth and serrated household, recreational, and professional knives. In the first phase, the new edge is formed using diamond discs. This creates a convex edge profile that ensures long-lasting sharpness. In the second phase, honing and polishing take place, resulting in a strong, razor-sharp, and durable edge. At this stage, even serrated knives can be refurbished.
