The blades are made from patented Cromova 18 stainless steel, a type of steel with a hardness of 56-58 Rockwell, and generally, the Global knives are forged from a single piece of steel. A characteristic feature of Global knives is that they are very sharp and well-balanced due to the small grinding wheel. The handle feels comfortable in the hand and does not slip easily thanks to the special dimpled profile. The handles of the blades are filled with sand, making each knife feel very light.
