Global GS-108/SC 12cm Utility Scalloped Blade

The GS-108SC universal knife features a medium-sized blade of 12 cm with a serrated edge. It is part of our new Little Essentials series, which includes 12 kitchen knives with smaller handles for easy handling. This serrated kitchen knife is the ideal tool for easily cutting foods with a thicker crust, such as rolls or salami, as well as fruits like grapefruits, lemons, and oranges, which are hard on the outside and soft on the inside.

The GS-108SC is perfectly balanced and makes a great addition to any kitchen knife set, as it offers the functionality of a bread knife in a smaller version.
