Product details

With this fillet knife from Global, filleting meat or fish has never been easier. The blade is 18 cm long and flexible. It is made of Cromova 18 stainless steel and has a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The blade is sharpened at a 15° angle, which means that the knife is sharpened using a Japanese grinding method. The handle is made of stainless steel and measures 11.5 cm in length. The knife offers a razor-sharp cut, Cromova 18 steel, and an ergonomically shaped handle that ensures more comfort and better control. You can also use the on-side samples from the Global Classic series to achieve the best results. Global knives are not dishwasher safe.
