Product details

Global knives are extremely sharp, light in weight and perfect balance. Material: The blade is from molybdenum vanadium steel, this is hardened to 56-58° Rockwell C. The blades are very sharp. The handle is made of two stainless steel bowls. The perfect balance, these are filled with sand. The balance is used for the safe management and handling. The knife is neither head nor handle-heavy. Design: 1985 by Professor komin Yamada. Collection of the shop of the Museum of modern art in New York, MOMA is Global.
