The Giesser slaughter knife impresses with its 21 cm long, narrow blade made of chrome-molybdenum steel, which is hardened to 56-57 Rockwell using a vacuum hardening process, ensuring exceptional edge retention and easy re-sharpening. The high-gloss polished surface guarantees excellent corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped yellow plastic handle provides a non-slip grip, while the protective nose enhances safety during use, giving the knife a high level of user-friendliness.
