Product details

The paring knife in Skyline Blue, made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, is ideal for the kitchen. With a blade length of 10 cm and a smooth blade edge, it is perfect for cutting vegetables as well as cleaning and chopping food. The hardness of approximately 57 HRC ensures high sharpness and edge retention. The knife is forged, rust-resistant, and dishwasher safe, although it is recommended to clean it by hand with warm water. The ergonomically designed handle made of polyoxymethylene (POM) is riveted and non-slip for comfortable handling. As a paring knife, it offers versatile use in the kitchen.
