The Giesser chef's knife features an ergonomic, riveted wooden handle made from FSC-certified Kotibe. This provides slip resistance and feels comfortable in the hand. The 20 cm long blade is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel X55CrMo14, hardened using a proprietary vacuum hardening process to 56-57 HRC, ensuring rust-free, sharp, and long-lasting cutting performance.
