Product details

The Giesser boning knife features a 13 cm long, high-gloss polished blade made of chromium-molybdenum steel, which has been vacuum hardened to 56–57 Rockwell to ensure outstanding edge retention and rust resistance. The knife has an ergonomically shaped yellow plastic handle with excellent slip resistance and a protective tip to reduce the risk of injury. These features make it the ideal tool for precise boning tasks.
