Product details

X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, with the addition of chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum, from which the blades are made, enhances durability and corrosion resistance.

The contoured stainless steel handle provides an extremely comfortable grip, even under extreme conditions.

The knife set is available with an elegant lacquered beech wood block in two colors - white or black. Placed on the countertop, it will serve as a delicate decoration in the kitchen.

To ensure that the Gerlach kitchen knives remain as reliable as possible and look beautiful, we recommend washing them by hand.

The knife set includes:

  • Bread knife 8" = blade length 20 cm
  • Kitchen knife 8" = blade length 20 cm
