With a wide variety of knife inserts, you have numerous cutting options such as cubes (small, medium, large), pins (small, medium, large), slices (thin, thick), quarter, and eighth. They are made of extremely sharp, hardened stainless steel in G-Nox quality. You can easily change and store the knife inserts.

Knife insert no. 1 (6 x 36 mm or 18 x 18 mm) features two different cutting surfaces in one insert for simultaneous cutting of different ingredients in various ways, such as thinner slices and medium cubes or pins. It is suitable for onions for cooking goulash or onion sauce; peppers, courgettes, and mushrooms for raw vegetable salads or wok dishes; potatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes for salads or vegetable dishes; ham or boiled chicken breast; and apples, pears, peaches, apricots, pineapples, melons, papayas, mangoes, or bananas for fruit salads, among others.

XXL knife insert no. 5 (12 x 12 mm) has a continuous cutting surface for fast cutting of larger ingredients into fine cubes or sticks. It is suitable for potatoes for soups or French fries; cucumbers; mushrooms, carrots, courgettes, shallots, tomatoes, onions, and peppers for salads or vegetable dishes; and as an insert for soups; chili peppers and garlic for dips such as salsa or for sauces; and sausage for sausage salads or casseroles, among others.

XXL knife insert no. 6 (12 x 36 mm) features a continuous cutting surface for fast cutting of larger ingredients into thicker slices. It is suitable for potatoes for potato salads, eggs for sausage or cheese dishes; tomatoes and mozzarella for caprese salad; sausage for sausage salads, and much more.
