Product details

Steaming is a cooking technique where fish, meat, or vegetables are cooked in a small amount of liquid such as wine, broth, or simply water. Because this method is very low in fat, it is particularly suitable for diet meals. This foldable steaming tray is designed for pots with a diameter of 18 to 27 cm. The collapsible feet, covered in silicone, keep the tray elevated above the pot's bottom and prevent scratching of the surface. The telescopic handle ensures a safe distance from the hot tray and allows for space-saving storage.
