The very sturdy device with the strong pressing lever makes working easy and professional. The perforated discs fit well and can be changed quickly and conveniently. It includes three interchangeable perforated discs for professional handling and versatile use: with a 2.5 mm hole for pureeing potatoes, vegetables, and fruits, with a 3.0 mm hole as a nozzle for long spaetzle and spaghetti ice, and with a special perforation for spaetzle that look hand-scraped.
