For the effortless and quick preparation of original Spätzle in both long and short formats. Featuring a dough scraper made of polished stainless steel with an ergonomic stainless steel handle. The pot support prevents the Spätzle grater from slipping and ensures a secure grip on the pot's edge. The new ergonomic stainless steel handle fits comfortably in the hand. For cleaning, the plastic insert in the handle can be removed. Available in two sizes: short Spätzle L/W/H 10.9 x 5.8 x 32.4 cm / long Spätzle L/W/H 10.9 x 6.3 x 32.4 cm.
