With its two grating surfaces, the fine and coarse grater delivers delicate flakes or fine sprinkles of Parmesan, ginger, chocolate, lemon zest, carrots, and other firm foods as needed. The inwardly curved grating surfaces with their extremely sharp laser-cut blades prevent the food from slipping. Very practical: the protective cap can be used as a collection container and, thanks to the small opening at the end, also for precise dosing.
