The Gastrolux® surface finish Biotan Plus® ensures durable and easy-to-care-for frying and cooking utensils. Its highly oil-repellent property minimizes the amount of oil needed for frying and cooking, allowing for low-fat preparation. The handles, grips, and lid knobs are ergonomically shaped and oven-safe up to 260°C. The patented handle attachment meets DIN standards and guarantees high stability. A sturdy pouring rim and a helper handle facilitate handling. The 8 mm thick, warp-resistant base ensures even heat distribution and optimal heat retention. After a final quality inspection, each pan is assigned an individual test number.
