Cast aluminium pans have a very high-quality titanium nano non-stick coating. The square pans can be used to fry food with very little fat, saving energy and preserving nutrients. They are therefore particularly suitable for frying meat and vegetables, braised meat and breaded dishes. But you can also achieve very good searing results at high temperatures. Gastrolux Biotan pans are also frequently used in the catering industry. The spacious saucepan has a frying surface that is approx. 30 % larger than a comparable round pan with a diameter of 26 cm.

Gastrolux pans are ovenproof up to 240 degrees. For the pan version with a removable handle, this must be removed before use in the oven.
