Gastroback Hotplate design

The Gastroback Design 42491 warming plate features a high power of 400 watts and an appealing color combination of black and silver. It is extremely robust, scratch and cut resistant, and made from satin-finished thermo design glass. The plate offers an extra-large heating area of 540 x 410 mm, making it ideal for serving and keeping food, sauces, and ingredients warm at the table, buffet, or in the kitchen. Additionally, it can also be used to warm plates. The brushed stainless steel housing gives the plate an elegant look. Notably, it has an integrated heating system that ensures efficient and even heat distribution. The temperature can be continuously adjusted up to 110 °C. The warming plate is suitable for 1/1 gastro-norm containers or their subdivisions. It is equipped with a thermal fuse, an on/off switch, and an indicator light.
