Two operating modes: fully automatic and manual. Four functions (dry, moist, soft, delicate) provide optimal adjustment for dry, soft, hard, or delicate foods. Ten freezer-safe vacuum bags (small and large) are included. The additional width is 2.5 mm sealing seam, suitable for vacuum bags up to 30 cm wide. The vacuum pressure reaches up to 0.75 bar, with a vacuum capacity of 9 liters per minute. A powerful 120-watt motor is suitable for vacuum marinating and sous-vide cooking. There is a connection for vacuum generation in containers, with optional accessories such as vacuum containers, roll bags, and pouches. The airtight seal allows food to stay fresh up to five times longer, resulting in significantly less waste. Natural minerals and vitamins are preserved. Vacuum-sealed foods are easy to transport, making them ideal for picnics and travel.
