Edition 06/2014 - Der Brotbackautomat Plus ist nicht besonders leise beim Arbeiten, dafür kann er jedoch mit seinen Ergebnissen überzeugen. Die getesteten Broten wurden gleichmäßig durchgebacken, sie sind prima aufgegangen und auch der Bräunungsgrad stimmt. Weiterhin lassen sich mit diesem Modell Joghurt, Marmelade oder auch Gebäck zubereiten.

die funktionen sind grundsätzlich i.o.
aber knapp 9 monate nach dem kauf löste sich der erste knethaken langsam auf (die teflonbeschichtung blättert schnell ab) und jetzt, schön nach ablauf der garantie, gibt der temperatursensor den geist auf...
hätte ich nicht eben noch einen ersatzknethaken + schale gekauft, würde ich das teil mit anlauf in die tonne kicken.

Gutes Gerät, multifunktional - wir finden es toll

Brotbacken wirklich einfach gemacht, es geht sogar mit 500 gr Mehl, 3.1 dl Wasser, 1 Spritzer Olivenöl plus Malz, Hefe und Salz. Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass das Brot halt die Kastenform hat. Aber e s wird luftig und knusprig, je nach Einstellung. Kann im Ofen auch noch weiter ausgebacken werden, falls zu feucht, wenn man es nicht gerade rausnimmt innerhalb 1 h Std nach fertigbacken. Auch mit dem Dough and rise Programm kann man teigvperfekt vorbereiten und dann in Form bringen und im Backofen backen. Auch perfekt für Pizza und focaccia Teige vorbereiten . Auch das 'confi' und Yoghurt machen ist einfach. Ich habe den Plausch und benütze es als ideale Ergänzung. Sogar mein Mann backt nun Brot (mit fertigmischung notabene) und findet es einfach und toll.more
