With the Asian cleaver from the Sebra series, you can chop coarse pieces of meat and vegetables. It also makes portioning poultry effortless. Thanks to the weight and curvature of the blade, a cleaver is ideal for chopping herbs. The Sebra knives by Forged are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are handcrafted, feature a blade thickness of 2 mm, and have a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box, the knives come with a 10-year warranty.
