Product details
The Santoku knife from the new Fissler "Pro Series" has been awarded as a test winner by independent companies. This Asian all-purpose kitchen knife with a wide blade is suitable for almost any type of food. With its strong, broad blade, it is the optimal tool for cutting precise, thin slices (sushi, fish, meat, vegetables) or for chopping and mincing freshly harvested herbs.
The forged blade is made of stainless, acid-resistant special blade steel. The long-lasting sharpness is ensured by the hardened blade. The sharp blade is forged from a single piece of stainless steel, hardened to 58° Rockwell, and ground using a laser-based sharpening process before being polished by hand. A durable cutting edge and the hollows prevent food from sticking to the blade. The knife is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
This knife from the series adapts to the demands of the kitchen, whether for amateur cooks or professional chefs. With the right tool, cooking becomes a breeze for everyone. The Santoku knife is an all-purpose knife from Asian cuisine.
