Fiskars Tomato knife

Simple, functional, and absolutely contemporary, the Fiskars Edge Tomato Knife stands out. This medium-sized, handy knife is designed by Danish designer Tobias Wandrup and, like all other knives in the Edge series, was awarded the prestigious RedDot Award in 2013 for its innovative design. The narrow, elongated shape and clear lines of the knife are further emphasized by the black of the handle and blade. The ergonomically shaped handle, made from high-quality ABS plastic, visually merges with the PFTE-coated blade made of Japanese premium steel, allowing users to employ various cutting techniques. The 13 cm long, serrated blade with a rounded tip and a hardness of HRC 53 is particularly well-suited for cutting foods with a crust or hard shell.
