Fiskars Santoku

Typical for Fiskars, the Santoku knife from the 2013 RedDot Design Award winning Edge series combines innovative design with a high degree of functionality. The clear, contemporary design of this easy-care knife is particularly emphasised by the black colour scheme and the discreet orange accent on the handle. The black of the 17 cm long blade made of Japanese stainless steel in premium quality with a hardness of 53 HRC is the result of the PFTE coating. Together with the high-quality steel, it guarantees high cutting sharpness and a long knife life. Its wide, relatively long blade makes the Santoku knife a universal knife - and thus a popular all-rounder in every kitchen.
