Product details

Various knife styles from around the world have influenced the award-winning design of the Fiskars Edge series. Accordingly, the peeling knife presents itself as particularly innovative: compact and equipped with an 8 cm long blade, it impresses both visually and functionally with a sleek and contemporary design aimed at easy handling. The smooth transition between the ergonomically shaped black handle and the also black blade allows for different cutting techniques. The straight, sharp blade made of Japanese premium steel cuts fruits and vegetables precisely and safely. A PTFE coating protects the blade, which has a hardness of HRC 53, from dirt and damage, such as from hard skins and cores or fruit acids.
