The unique Thermium mineral treatment of the enameled cast iron surface gives the pot excellent natural non-stick properties, even at very high temperatures. No rusting or surface treatment is required, making maintenance easier. The pot features a removable wooden handle made of Finnish birch and comes with a 25-year warranty.
