A long-lasting, high-quality cast iron skillet from the "Brasserie" line is designed for cooking food. The wooden handle stays cool, and the small knob on the opposite side makes handling easier. Products from the Brasserie line can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction. Made in Finland.
