Fällkniven Bench stone DC521

The DC521 is a sharpening stone of an unusual type, as it offers two different stones. The yellow part is a fast and aggressive diamond stone, while the dark part is a slow and very fine ceramic stone. Both surfaces are perfectly flat, which is a prerequisite for achieving perfect sharpening results. The diamond stone works quickly and should be used when the blade edge is very thick. The sharpness achieved is usually sufficient for everyday tasks. The ceramic stone works much slower and produces a smoother, razor-sharp blade.
