High-quality cooking whetstone with a hygienic plastic handle, made in Germany. The standard pull with high material removal is ideal for sharpening cooking knife blades, allowing you to achieve a consistent and effective sharpening result. Due to the round blade shape of the whetstone, it has a low weight and is comfortable to handle. The knife only makes contact at specific points on the whetstone blade. Blade length 30 cm. Surface hardness over 65 HRC.
