The DICKORON classic has been a tried-and-true favorite for over 80 years and is part of the DICKORON family. The special sapphire coating allows for a silky-smooth honing, giving your knife a consistently sharp edge. The properly sharpened knife edge can be maintained sharp with the DICKORON long without roughening the edge.
