The DICKORON classic has been a tried-and-true favorite for over 80 years and is part of the DICKORON family. The special sapphire coating allows for a silky-smooth honing, giving your knife a consistently sharp edge. The properly sharpened knife edge can be maintained sharp with the DICKORON long without roughening the edge. Thanks to the round blade shape of the whetstone, it has a low weight and is comfortable to handle. The knife only makes contact at specific points on the whetstone blade. Surface hardness over 65° HRC. Handle made of hygienic plastic.
