The knife block set includes a beech wood knife block, a paring knife (5 cm), two kitchen knives (7 cm and 16 cm), a utility knife with a serrated edge (11 cm), a boning and filleting knife (15 cm), a bread knife with a serrated edge (21 cm), and a chef's knife (21 cm). The non-slip black handle is made of plastic (polyoxymethylene) and is ergonomically shaped. The blade is made of X55CrMo14 steel and has a hardness of 56° HRC. The knife block (including knives) measures 33 x 9.5 x 30 cm.
