A hunter's basic equipment consists of knives for breaking up and carving game. This set consists of a curved boning knife (13 cm blade length), a skinning knife (13 cm blade length) and a paring knife (18 cm blade length). The ErgoGrip series are the absolutely hygienic butcher's knives for professional use - uncompromising in ergonomics and sharpness. Perfect hygiene, as there is no gap at the blade exit. The wide finger guard also ensures greater safety when working. Awarded the American NSF hygiene and quality seal. The blade is made of X55CrMo14, the red handle is made of non-slip plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening.
