Product details

This set consists of a magnetic knife block, a chef's knife (blade length 21 cm), a Santoku knife with hollow edge (blade length 18 cm), a bread knife (blade length 21 cm), and a paring knife (blade length 9 cm). The blades are made of rust and acid-resistant blade steel and have a hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC), which provides both high edge retention and ease of sharpening. The handles are made of polyoxymethylene and can withstand temperatures up to 110 °C. Additionally, the knives can be stored neatly and conveniently in the included acrylic knife block. It is lightweight, features a stable magnetic holder, and can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
